Here is Beth’s story: Beth went back to a career that she had done before and  didnt  like (a pricing position), but this time she liked it a lot more because she was with a new company. Her manager and the corporate culture was a lot better with this new organization. She was pleasantly surprised.  Now both the culture and the tasks were a fit for Beth.
